Military discharge/depression?

I am currently in South Korea and applied for a curtailment. I seen a counselor and I have been diagnosed with depression, ptsd, and insomnia. I am not on any meds for this as of right now. I keep having major mood swings mainly with anger at others. I have to force myself up to go to work and even to shave, this is not normal to me. I even snap at my NCO's and I don't why. I really just want out and feel normal again. I don't think I am mentally capable of being in the Army. I guess I got ptsd from my childhood and everything else from here. Can I get a medical discharge as well as keep my GI Bill? Serious answers please thanks..
