Marrying someone you just met last week?

Would you do it? Do you think it's foolish or possibly workable in the long-term? Do you believe 2 people can know....literally on the 2nd date, that they are the "one" and actually know that with certainty? Marriage is a huge commitment to make to a stranger, in my opinion. What's yours?
