Why do most Americans have to pay so much for such terrible medical care?

Most Americans do not have access to the several internationally famous medical centers. The rest are charlatan clinics, pill pushers and home to new infections, yet unnamed. Swine flu is another "stimulus package" for Big Pharm and the HMOs.
