Lost my license card? (Question for drivers in aus...)?

i lost my license card las nyt.... and i dont noe wat to do... im currently on my red provisional license.... and im eligable to get my greens.... and yeah... ive renewd my... reds once.... but i lost it.... can i jus go for my greens license wifout having to replace my reds???
