How should I upgrade my Giant Br 2?

I just bought a Giant Br 2 a couple months ago and I'm not a big fan of the shocks and also the weight. Does anyone know any decent dirt jumper shocks that I could use to replace the ones that are on now (RST Launch)? Keep in mind that I only want to spend up to 450$ or around there. Also, can anyone tell me any parts that will possibly make my bike a bit lighter than it is now?
