Does anyone out there know how to make "Nights in Beirut"? I need the recipe right away. Help!?

I have sort of a recipe but with no instructions as to when to put the smeed (semolina) in the milk or when to add the mistica. Are there different ways to make the sugar syrup for on top of it? I would appreciate any help at all.
