Canadian football scholarship?

Hey I'm a high school senior in Texas. I was listed in the top 3 prospects on my team. I was having an amazing year. I was literally averaging an interception a game and was putting the biggest hits on. Until the game before district some kid hits me in the back after the play's over. I get up and try and play. After one play I hobble to the sideline. It's my ACL its been completely torn apart. I lose my senior season(were also highly favored to win state). So now I don't feel like i have many options to play college football. I don't want to go to a tiny school in the middle of no where. So I was thinking about sending some film to The University of Toronto. Do Canadian schools like that give full rides like colleges in the U.S.?
