Any one know of any grand elegant venues that allow professional fireworks display for a wedding?

Anyone know of a venue either in Hertfordshire, Es, Buckinghamshire or near theses areas for a wedding for min. of 120 guests around Aug or Sep 2008 that allows you to have professional firework display, gives you the option to hire your own caterers, allows confettti to be thrown - can be biodegradeable ones like petals, allows candles and also perhaps has a marquee option. We want something nice and not too shabby, we looked but there doen't seem to be any venues that allow professional firework display or if it does it's not that nice. Some venues tick some of the boxes but not all, want a nice grand, elegant venue which tick all the boxes.
